Where an account is closed due to a breach by the member, any balance remaining may be withheld pending investigation.
You may request the closure of your goodwin8 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure with no outstanding obligations, your remaining verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
